The Buffalo Environmental Law Journal is now accepting submissions for Volume 28, Issues 1 and 2. Article review will begin in early August, at which point publication offers will be sent on a rolling basis.
We are seeking articles and notes on any topic in environmental law. BELJ is particularly interested in submissions that address conservation and invasive species, and submissions that discuss legal issues specific to the Northeastern United States and the Second Circuit.
