The Hastings Environmental Law Journal is now accepting articles for Volume 26, Issue 2 of the Journal to be published Spring 2020. The Hastings Environmental Law Journal has been in publication for 26 years. We have transitioned to online publication to increase visibility for our authors and to decrease our carbon footprint. In the past year alone, HELJ articles have been downloaded nearly 13,000 times.
