Today,
we announce the launch of BCLR Online, a new forum of the Boston College Law
Review designed to extend the dialogue started in our print books and our E.
Supplement with op-eds, book reviews, and response pieces that keep abreast of
the most important legal issues of the day.
For our initial round of publications, we are seeking commentary
on the Supreme Court’s October 2016 term, particularly later cases in which the
decision may be affected by the upcoming presidential election.
Per
our submission guidelines, articles laid out in full on the site should be
2,000 words or fewer with limited footnoting. Longer pieces (4,000 words or
fewer in most cases) with more extensive footnotes will feature an introduction
on the site, with a link to the full-length work in PDF. Pieces of greater
length will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Inquiries may be directed to BCLawRevOnline@gmail.com.
We are also accepting submissions at this time on other topics that meet the above-described
guidelines. Thank you so much.
