Journal of Asian Governance, JAG (Print ISSN: 3058-4973, Online ISSN: 3091-597X) is now inviting submissions from scholars in political science, public administration, area studies, and related fields. We are committed to a professional and efficient review process for all submissions.
Aims and Scope
Journal of Asian Governance aims to publish the latest empirical research, theoretical discussions, and policy analyses on the following topics:
- Modernization of governance in Asian countries and regions
- Regional cooperation in Asia
- Transnational governance and public issues
- Area studies under geopolitical changes
JAG publishes only “research articles.” All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Our primary audience and contributors are scholars in political science, public administration, area studies, and other relevant disciplines.
Objectives
- Explore evolving governance practices in Asia, including national governance capacity, local governance, digital governance, social governance, environmental governance, and urban governance.
- Provide deep insights into the modernization of governance systems and capacities in Asia and analyze various governance models in the region.
- Encourage interdisciplinary research on Asian governance by international scholars and promote academic exchange and development.
- Offer practical governance strategies for Asian countries and regions.
Publication Schedule
JAG is a quarterly journal, with issues published on the last day of March, June, September, and December.
