The University of New Hampshire Law Review (UNHLR) is seeking articles for the annual Symposium, held in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 26, 2024.

The legal field has evolved since the profession’s primitive years and these transformations have influenced the development of legal education. UNHLR’s annual Symposium will focus on risk-taking and reform in legal education. Through our Symposium, we seek to hold a forum to celebrate and examine these reforms in legal education. This Symposium will consider a broad range of papers that address the changing landscape of legal education, like the increase in practical experience, hybrid programs, warm calling culture, and more.

Interested authors should submit their article via Scholastica or to lawreview@law.unh.edu no later than October 30, 2024. The Law Review will choose four submissions to present at the Spring Symposium on January 26, 2024. Final essays will be published in the Law Review’s Annual Symposium Issue in Spring 2024.

Our symposium event is scheduled for Friday, January 26, 2024 at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. UNHLR will provide authors with subsidies for accommodations from January 25 to January 27, 2024. At this time, we cannot guarantee subsidies for travel. Authors may still participate in hybrid-format panels via Zoom if in-person attendance is not possible.

Any further questions should be directed to Symposium Editor, Mariah Thurston, at mariah.thurston@law.unh.edu
