The Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property is seeking submissions for our Fall 2017 issue. Topics include, but are not limited to: copyright, trademark, and patent law, as well as recent developments in the law for emerging technologies. Please submit articles via Scholastica as soon as possible, as we operate on a rolling basis. We look forward to reading and reviewing all submissions.
