The Women’s Rights Law Reporter is currently accepting submissions for the spring edition of Volume 47, to be published in 2026. We welcome articles focused on women’s rights and gender rights. Authors are encouraged to submit articles via Scholastica or email at eics@womensrightslawreporter.com. Please also include a cover letter in your submission.
A little information about the WRLR, it is the oldest legal periodical to focus exclusively on women's rights law. The late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg helped found the journal, with other prominent female activists during her time teaching at Rutgers Law School. Since then, the journal has expanded to focus on all gender rights.
