The Lincoln Memorial University Law Review is an entirely student-run organization. Our Law Review staff edits and publishes articles written by scholars, practitioners, and students.
The Law Review's mission is to produce an electronic scholarly journal dedicated to providing and promoting global access to authoritative legal scholarship. The Law Review publishes a collection of articles authored by legal scholars and practitioners, as well as student-written notes and comments. Specifically, the Lincoln Memorial University Law Review focuses on serving the underserved people of the underserved regions of the United States.
