The St. Mary’s Law Journal has a strong
tradition of producing scholarship that is useful to courts and practicing
lawyers. In terms of citation frequency,
the Journal consistently ranks within
the top 4% of the nearly 974 law reviews nationwide. Our publications have been cited multiple
times by the United States Supreme Court, nearly every United States Court of
Appeals, and over 40 state supreme courts, including, on numerous occasions,
the Texas Supreme Court.
