Call for Papers: Loyola University Chicago Journal of Regulatory Compliance Vol. 14
The Loyola University Chicago Journal of Regulatory Compliance invites submissions for the upcoming Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 issues focusing on the evolving landscape of compliance across industries and regulatory environments. We welcome original scholarly articles, case studies, and critical analyses that explore compliance challenges, best practices, regulatory frameworks, enforcement trends, and innovative solutions. We adopt a broad definition of compliance that spans multiple areas of law, including but not limited to corporate, environmental, antitrust, criminal, and tax law. Compliance can refer to the systems, policies, and procedures through which entities ensure adherence to legal obligations and ethical standards.
About JRC: The Journal of Regulatory Compliance is a biannual digital publication exploring broad themes and challenges facing regulatory compliance from a wide range of perspectives. The Journal seeks to advance academic dialogue regarding the management of regulatory risk in commercial enterprises, the experience of the regulated actor, and analysis of regulations within the context of organized efforts to comply with laws. Each bi-annual publication offers a forum for both speculative and practical discussion of regulatory compliance issues, trends, and developments.
