Texas Law Review Online is currently accepting submissions for publication in Vol. 104, Issue 5, to be published in February 2026. TLRO is the online companion to Texas Law Review. It publishes short articles, essays, student notes, and book reviews on any topic. It also publishes response pieces to articles published in TLR.
For this issue, we are prioritizing submissions of 8,000 words or fewer, including footnotes. Citation style should conform to the 22nd edition of the Bluebook. Submissions with incomplete or missing citations are less likely to be selected for publication. Submissions are accepted through Scholastica and by email at tlro@texaslrev.com.
