The Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy is still accepting submissions for the the fall and spring issues of volume 22.

RU JLPP seeks to publish thought provoking legal scholarship that advocates for meaningful change. A good lawyer is an agent of change, in ways big or small, and a good legal article does just the same. This advocacy can be on a more local level, such as for policies in our home state of New Jersey, on a national level, or advocating for progress in the global community.

In addition, we will be hosting a symposium in the spring on the future of administrative law in the wake of Loper Bright. Articles on this subject will be of particular interest to us, and we would be glad to host you as a speaker for the symposium panel.

Submissions are first read by our submissions and articles team and then discussed among the group before offers are extended. We are looking for article from around 15,000 words to 25,000 words.

If you have any questions or would like to submit your article directly, please email our editor in chief, Simon Schmitt-Hall, at schmitt.hall@rutgers.edu.
