The University of Hawai‘i Law Review invites submissions for its Fall 2021 Issue of Volume 44. The Law Review welcomes all submissions on legal and policy issues that directly or tangentially impact or relate to issues of concern in the State of Hawai‘i.

 

About Us:

The University of Hawai‘i Law Review is the preeminent student-run journal in Hawai‘i. We serve the legal community by providing an academic forum for legal scholarship of concern in Hawai‘i and pride ourselves on publishing articles that relate to legal issues of significance in Hawai‘i, the United States, and the Pacific-Asian region.

 

Such areas of law may include but are not limited to:

administrative, admiralty and maritime, banking and finance, bankruptcy, construction, business, criminal, elder, education, energy, environmental, healthcare, hospitality and tourism, intellectual property, labor and employment, land use and zoning, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, military and national security, native Hawaiian rights, Pacific-Asian legal studies, real property, technology and electronic commerce, and trusts and estates.

How to Submit:

We accept submissions through Scholastica or via email at lawrev@hawaii.edu

If you choose to submit via email, you must include:

·      A short abstract (less than 200 words)

·      A current CV, and

·      A cover letter with name, address, phone number, and email address.
