The Legal Research Institute of Korea University invites submissions for the 36th issue of The Asian Business Lawyer (indexed in Westlaw), to be published on November 30, 2025. We welcome original articles, notes, and comments that provide insights into legal issues across all fields of law, with particular attention to transnational and business law developments.

Manuscripts should follow The Asian Business Lawyer’s submission guidelines available at:
https://kulri.korea.ac.kr/kulri/materials/ABLrule.do -
Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format, with citations formatted as footnotes in accordance with The Bluebook.

Eligibility
Submissions are accepted from:

Authors who presented at academic events hosted by the Legal Research Institute.

Current or former professors affiliated with accredited domestic or international universities.
-
Holders of doctoral degrees in law.
-
Legal professionals working in accredited institutions.
-
Master’s or doctoral students in law from accredited institutions (must be recommended by at least one Research Fellow of the Institute).
Honorarium

An honorarium of USD 500 per accepted article will be provided.

The Asian Business Lawyer accepts unsolicited submissions during two submission periods:
by March 31 for the Spring issue and September 30 for the Fall issue.
(Note: For Vol. 36, a special deadline of October 15, 2025, applies.) -
