Call for Submissions: Quinnipiac Health Law Journal invites submissions for publication in Volume 29, to be published in Issues 3 & 4 during the spring of 2026.
Each issue of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal features discourse on both practical and theoretical issues in the fields of health law and policy, biomedical ethics, and medical-legal research. Past issues have included discussions on labor and employment in the healthcare field, the impact of artificial intelligence on data privacy, and legal ethics. Please note, this is not an exhaustive list; we welcome manuscript submissions on a wide range of topics.
We are seeking scholarly articles that are at least 20 pages in length, double-spaced; however, we will also consider shorter submissions. Articles can be submitted through Scholastica or by e-mail. Please attach a cover letter and curriculum vitae with each submission.
Quinnipiac Health Law Journal is a wholly student-run publication that is part of a strong and growing Health Law expertise within Quinnipiac. Our mission is to advance legal research and provide a platform for scholarly discourse in the areas of health law and policy, biomedical ethics, and medical-legal research, fostering a community of interest among students at Quinnipiac University School of Law and in the broader legal and medical professions.
Quinnipiac University has an exceptional reputation for its comprehensive spectrum of health science schools and programs, which include the School of Medicine, the School of Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and a Physician Assistant Program. The law school offers a Health Law Concentration and is working diligently to forge connections across campus with the broader health sciences community. The Quinnipiac Health Law Journal has an audience that spans students and faculty at the law school, as well as the broader health sciences community at Quinnipiac and beyond.
